Chartered Accountant
Xoliswa Hlongwane is a seasoned Chartered Accountant boasting extensive expertise across Finance, Governance, Risk and Control domains. Throughout her career trajectory, she ascended through corporate ranks, ultimately assuming executive roles and pivotal governance responsibilities. In 2018, propelled by her entrepreneurial spirit, she embarked on a passion project which evolved into a full-fledged endeavour two years later.
Entrepreneur
As an entrepreneur in clothing manufacturing and retail, Xoliswa defied the risk-averse stereotype often associated with Accountants. Liberating herself from the shackles of conventional pay-day dependence, she fearlessly pursued her passion in one of the most challenging sectors for small enterprises. Despite facing formidable trials including the upheavals of Covid-19, riots, and floods, her business has not only endured but thrived, carving out a distinct niche within South Africa’s intricate and competitive landscape.
Mentor
Through her journey, Xoliswa has garnered invaluable insights into the resilience and adaptability required for small-scale entrepreneurs to flourish in the South African environment. Leveraging her unique skill set, she adeptly identifies the critical elements necessary to foster and sustain an enabling environment for growing ventures. Drawing upon her experience in mentoring and coaching, she simplifies complex business concepts and navigates Entrepreneurs through challenges with a firm yet compassionate approach. Xoliswa’s candid and pragmatic motivational style serves as a reality check for aspiring Entrepreneurs, instilling in them a positive mindset essential for achieving success in the face of adversity.
The annual program cost is R12 000 per Entrepreneur.
Payable in 4 equal quarterly instalments of R3 000 before each session. Each quarterly payment includes:
